Navaneetha Krishna
Navaneetha is currently involved in managing Shanti’s portfolio and responsible for underwriting, acquisition, asset optimisation, performance monitoring, branding & re-positioning rollouts.
Mr. Krishna brings vast diverse experience, across geographies, in leading and executing investments and exits in health care, hospitality, real estate and financial services.
Mr. Krishna is CFA® Charterholder.
Consultant, Project Development
Kunal Malhotra MRICS
Kunal advises on the strategic planning and execution of development projects, supporting the delivery of SHG’s Design & Technical Services. He provides expertise across concept development, master planning, programming, and technical coordination, helping guide projects from early-stage strategy through to completion and handover. His role spans both new build and renovation projects, with a focus on aligning design intent, technical requirements, and operational outcomes.
Kunal is an alumnus of Cornell University and Johnson & Wales University, USA, and achieved MRICS qualification in 2020.

Shishir Damodara
Shishir is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
Shishir has worked in the hospitality, consumer, steel and automotive industries and has wide experience in accounting, auditing, treasury, investment analysis, corporate taxation and risk management.
